JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Full-time Marketing Agent

Location : Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Clarksville, Tennessee

Job Type : Full-Time

Reports To : Cemetery Sales Manager

Job Overview :

As a marketing agent , you'll support the sales manager by generating leads, setting appointments, and spreading the word about our services. You'll also engage in community events, coordinate with churches and local organizations, and help ensure smooth administrative operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies
• Build and maintain community relationships
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person
• Schedule appointments for the sales manager and maintain accurate records
• Provide administrative support and manage appointment schedules
• Answer inquiries professionally and compassionately
