Full Time Salary Range : $69,038.00 - $100,105.00

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

MISSION STATEMENT

Together our courts and probation departments are committed to impartial and timely dispute resolution; support for families, litigants, and victims; client rehabilitation; and meaningful community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional realtime reporting and transcribing for court proceedings, hearings and conferences.
• Maintains records and prioritizes transcript production; prepares required reports and documentation pursuant to Chief Justice Directive 05-03 and local policies and procedures.
• Ensures backup of all stenographic notes, rough drafts, and completed transcripts including reporter dictionaries, CAT software files, and stenographic machine files.
• Assists team members, works on various hearings and / or trials as a team, shares files and work product, and attends weekly meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
