Position Description :

Support the treasury team to support day-to-day banking and administrative tasks related to mass tort settlements. This role is ideal for someone with foundational finance knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll assist with documentation, transaction processing, and internal coordination to help ensure smooth financial operations.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities :

• Manage bank account procedures and setting up ACH / wire profiles
• Assist the QSF administration team with routine operational tasks
• Help process settlement distributions
• Assist with mail handling, remote check deposits, file uploads, and positive pay maintenance
• Maintain organized file systems and update documentation
• Support daily bank activity tracking and report any issues to senior staff
• Coordinate with internal teams to support banking-related tasks
• Perform basic reviews of financial data for accuracy
• Help prepare documentation for client-related distributions
• Enter data into financial systems and assist with account tracking
• Handle confidential documents with care and discretion
• Participate in team projects and contribute to administrative initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
