Papillion Foods-Karen Bilingual-Team Trainer Translator 2nd Shift (Papillion)

Must be Karen Bilingual( Reading, Writing, Speaking)

Shift Times : 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm

Pay : $22.20 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift.

Job Responsibilities :

• This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time.
• Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety.
• Coaches and trains new / existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements.
• Completes new employee orientation.
• Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.
• Performs translation duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
