Overview

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Senior User Experience (UX) role to elevate our digital touchpoints and embed design thinking across Clarios. This role will shape end-to-end digital experiences for employees, customers, and consumers, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

As the Senior UX, you will define our UX vision and roadmap, champion user-centered design, and partner closely with business, product, and technology leaders to deliver seamless, impactful experiences. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution, driving a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy : Define and drive the UX vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, and business leaders.
• Establish UX as a core differentiator in Clarios’ digital ecosystem, aligning initiatives with corporate strategy.
