Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workforce and financial models for staffing optimization and strategic planning

Analyze operational and financial data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

Collaborate with leaders to validate model assumptions and deliver executive-level insights

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, financial modeling, or healthcare operations

Hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models in Excel

Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis
