Join our team at New Vision Dentistry as a Scheduling Coordinator!

Practice : New Vision Dentistry

Location : Citrus Heights, CA

Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling follow-up appointments for existing patients
  • Running reports to identify re-care opportunities
  • Daily communication with with patients by phone and through patient communication system
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure daily goals are met
  • Perform miscellaneous projects as requested

Position Requirements :

  • Computer proficiency
  • Dental experience
  • Able to maintain and protect confidential information
  • Able to communicate clearly over the phone and email
  • Able to work independently and with a team

    • Schedule :

    Full-time - Monday - Friday
