HVAC Field Coordinator

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 annually + Bonus

Location : Reading, PA Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and organized Plumbing / HVAC Field Coordinator to oversee field operations, manage project planning, and coordinate manpower. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

We serve Reading, PA and Surrounding Areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule field personnel across multiple job sites
• Plan and manage daily tasks for Plumbing and HVAC projects
• Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials
• Manage inspections and required documentation
• Assist with on-site installations as needed
• Ensure smooth project workflow and communication between teams
