Key Account Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients.

The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. You will handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee projects to ensure they are completed well and on time and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding and to assist with training new employees.

In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks (including payroll) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including some supervisory roles. All applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test. College degree is preferred but not required, with adequate experience.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities :

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the teams assigned to each key client.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
• Manage schedules, including compliance with lunches and breaks.
• Interview and train new staff.
• Keep track of inventory needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including payroll.
• Maintain quality standards.
