Position : ALLIED-CVOR-Cardiovascular Certified Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities
Assist in cardiovascular procedures ensuring patient safety and equipment readiness.
Maintain and calibrate cardiovascular equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the operating room.
Monitor and assess patient vitals during procedures to provide immediate feedback.
Collaborate with surgical team to optimize patient outcomes during cardiovascular operations.
Stay updated with the latest cardiovascular technologies and techniques.
Document and report procedural data accurately for patient records and team review.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential improvements in procedural efficiency.
Contribute to team meetings to discuss case reviews and process improvements.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for personal and team growth.
Provide mentorship to junior staff and new team members.
Experience / Qualifications
Certification as a Cardiovascular Certified Technician (CVT) or equivalent.
Willingness to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiovascular operating room settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining cardiovascular equipment.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in surgical environments.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and identify improvements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary surgical team.
Excellent skills in documenting and reporting procedural data accurately.
Ability to mentor and guide junior staff members effectively.
