Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly expanding company in downtown Chicago to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a high-touch, customer-facing role.

As the go-to liaison for high-value clients, you'll ensure smooth coordination between the customer and internal teams. This position is key to maintaining strong partnerships and supporting on-time delivery of critical products. Immediate availability is required, and this role offers the potential for long-term growth within a dynamic environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for large client accounts, managing communication and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent updates and problem-solving

Customer Service Representative Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or relationship management, with proven experience in food & beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with D365 is a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be available to work onsite in downtown Chicago, Monday through Friday
