Rolling Meadows of Strum Assisted Living & Memory Care is accepting applications for a Resident Care Providers / Caregivers.

Looking for : PT / FT for AM / PM / NOC shifts

Full-time hours, Part Time, Per Diem, offered PTO (per Policy)

Responsibilities :

Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including :

  • Provide quality of care by following the care plan (dressing, grooming, nutrition, change of bed linens, incontinence / toileting, transfers (lift and non-lift), bathing, hygiene, medication administration)
  • Understand electronic charting and able to follow / carryout resident's ISP's (care plans)
  • Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations
  • Promote residents' independence
  • Dietary services, Cleaning, Laundry, Activities

Wages and Benefits :

  • Hourly wage : $16-$18
  • Immediate Openings, 8-hour shifts (6a-2p , 2p-10p 10p-6a), FT / PT / per diem
  • Hours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OT
  • PT : 0-32 hours / week
  • FT : 32-40 hours / week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off)

  • Must work every other weekend and every other holiday

  • Pre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Adhere to health and safety standards
  • Must be Reliable and have transportation
