Type : Direct Hire.
The IT Specialist reports to the IT Manager, providing customer-focused services supporting operations, including end-user support, IT device setup, configuration, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
What You Will Do
- Set up job sites, install Starlink, and configure LAN / WAN networking for mobilization.
- Assist in managing regional office IT needs, including peripherals and conference room AV connectivity.
- Prepare and deliver new user equipment onboarding.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Answer user queries, provide technical guidance, and assist with basic computer operations.
- Provide remote support via phone, email, or tools like TeamViewer.
- Train personnel on in-house systems as needed.
- Support printers, Android, iOS, and other peripherals.
- Coordinate printer fleet services and warranty repairs with vendors.
- Maintain compliance with company policies while delivering consistent services.
- Track activities in incident management systems like ServiceNow or Fresh Service.
- Follow company procedures, processes, and guidelines.
- Manage inventory of hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Maintain documentation of sites, equipment, software, processes, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
