What you’ll be working on (and more)

You’ll lead field operations on civil infrastructure projects.

You’ll oversee crews, subcontractors, and heavy equipment use.

You’ll enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Direct daily construction activities on site.

Supervise labor, subcontractors, and vendors.

Track budgets, productivity, and schedules.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits.

What you bring

8+ years civil / heavy construction supervision.

OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to enforce safety and lead large field teams.
