What You’ll Own

• Lead & Empower :  Supervise, coach, and inspire a team handling 1,200–1,500 weekly service hours.
• Optimize & Innovate :  Craft efficient, client-centric schedules that ensure continuity of care and maximize caregiver engagement.
• Be the Go-To Leader :  Rotate on our leadership on-call schedule to swiftly resolve staffing escalations and client needs.
• Recruit & Onboard :  Source top talent, conduct interviews, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Collaborate & Strategize :  Partner with clinical and office teams to align staffing plans with client-care objectives.
• Decide & Deliver :  Independently analyze complex situations, make confident decisions, and see solutions through to completion.
