We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Family Practice Physician for a 150-day locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity begins on Dec 15, 2025, with a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm schedule. The role is ideal for a physician experienced in general outpatient care, well woman care, pediatrics, and IUD procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive well woman care
  • Perform IUD placements and removals
  • Deliver pediatric care and manage general outpatient cases
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

  • Active California medical license required
  • Must have current DEA registration prior to start
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Board eligibility accepted if within five years of residency completion
  • Credentialing process takes 30-90 days
