Responsibilities
The Adjunct Instructor of Visual Communication is responsible for teaching courses in visual communications, including digital media production, graphic design, and social media in the Department of Rhetoric & Communication Studies. The candidate will employ innovative modalities for delivering course content. The Adjunct Instructor is expected to maintain current knowledge and skills related to visual communication to update and enrich the Department curriculum. The instructor will represent the University and the Department professionally with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other stakeholders. Teaching assignments are available each semester on an as-needed basis.

Finalists are subject to a background check. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check.
