OVERVIEW
We are partnering with a comprehensive facilities and IT solutions provider to hire an IT Business Analyst with strong data analytics experience, particularly in working with unstructured data to build dashboards that optimize business operations.
This established company specializes in secured storage solutions, managed network services, and comprehensive IT support. They not only serve direct customers but also provide critical support services to other moving and service companies, making them a trusted partner in the broader facilities management ecosystem.
- Salary Range : $110,000 to $125,000 DOE
- Location : Greater Seattle Area (must be located in the Greater Seattle Area)
- 5 days in office a week
- This position is not eligible for C2C, visa transfers, or sponsorship
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, update, and maintain Business Intelligence reports and dashboards to support diverse service operations across facilities management and IT servicesAnalyze and structure unstructured data from diverse sources to build actionable Power BI dashboards and drive business insights.Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, using data analytics tools to optimize performance across multiple service lines (IT, storage)Independently conduct database mining and data manipulation to support decision-making for complex multi-service projectsMaintain reporting processes, including the delivery of monthly, weekly, and daily reports to internal teams, client partners, and external service company partnersPull information from multiple sources across the company's integrated service offerings while analyzing and reporting relevant data trends for strategic business decisionsLiaise between various business departments (IT, storage), management, client partners, and key stakeholders to understand operational needs and provide data-driven solutionsPrioritize system solutions based on real-time data and business requirements across the comprehensive service portfolioPerform API integration and testing to help optimize workflows between different service divisions and build new data sourcesEvaluate, analyze, and communicate necessary systems requirements or enhancements to support the integrated service modelAssess options for process improvement across facilities and IT service deliveryAuthor and update internal and external documentation regarding various systems projects, processes, and operationsKeep up to date on the latest systems solutions and emerging technologiesQUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development, preferably in IT services industriesHigh proficiency with SQL and database management - must have experience working with unstructured dataThorough knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data modeling and visualizationProven knowledge of Postman for API integration and testingProven analytical abilities with experience in multi-departmental data analysisExperience in generating process documentation and reports for diverse stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insightsIntermediate to advanced competence of Microsoft ExcelStrong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills essential for supporting multiple service linesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to interact with employees, customers, and partner companies in a professional mannerPREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
