Responsibilities Work in a 78-bed general hospital environment Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Transition Nursery (LDRP) setting Couplet Care model with attendance at all deliveries Low risk antepartum and newborn transition cases Night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM with every other weekend required On-call shifts are required Occasional floating as assisting staff (no patient assignment) to Med / Surg or Senior Behavioral Health, rotating in 2-hour increments Responsibilities include providing couplet care, assisting at all deliveries, and caring for low risk antepartum and neonates Must collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and occasionally support Med / Surg or Senior Behavioral Health units as needed Accepts local candidates within a 60-mile radius at a reduced rate Required to wear provided scrubs Holiday coverage may be required on a rotating basis Requirements Active CT RN license required Valid AHA certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course completion required Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience Fetal Monitoring experience required C-EFM and STABLE certification preferred Two professional references from the past year in current discipline / specialty from a manager or higher are required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-609572.
