Job Title : Administrative Rep - Base Operator
Responsibilities Summary : The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities :
- Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls
- Supplies information to callers and records messages
- Keeps record of calls received
- Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing
- Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone
- Assist in special projects for Store Administration
- Other duties may be assigned
