Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service to corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an Associate Attorney with five to ten years of litigation experience to join our Workers' Compensation Department in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

This is an exceptional opportunity to litigate a variety of workers' compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, and education.

Responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims of varying complexity and exposure.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and trial exhibits.
• Advise attorneys and clients on legal strategies and case developments.
• Assist in case management, from inception through resolution, under mentorship.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an inclusive, open-door environment to proactively defend client interests.

Qualifications

Compensation
