Landscape Skid Steer Operator

Overview

Build Beautiful Spaces with Us - Cowboy Curbing Landscape is hiring a Landscape Skid Steer Operator. This full-time role is based in Lyman, WY, with pay ranging from $20.00-$25.00+ per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment handling.
• Interpret landscape blueprints and execute landscape construction plans.
• Operate mechanical equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, augers, chainsaws, concrete saws, and hand tools.
• Drive and operate vehicles including dump trucks and truck / trailer combinations.
• Support Team Leader with client communication, walkthroughs, and small plan adjustments.
• Assist with job paperwork such as timesheets, work orders, and material logs.
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project.
• Communicate job progress and concerns with the Team Leader.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs.
