Technology and Innovation - Salesforce, Lead-to-Cash Functional Engagement Manager
Riveron is hiring a Functional Engagement Manager to drive the execution of Lead-to-Cash strategic programs for our clients. This role is ideal for an outcome-focused people leader with a strong understanding of functional business processes across Lead-to-Cash. This person prefers working with organizations in the midmarket, making an enterprise-wide impact on end-to-end corporate operations. You are very hands-on in building process flow documentation and managing the quality of functional deliverables. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader with a strong understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes and the Customer Operations Technology underpinnings that support it.
Who Are You :
- 5-10 years of experience driving outcome-centric tech transformation programs
- 5+ years managing programs involving Salesforce & Integrated Platforms (Marketing Automation, Analytics, ERP, etc.); Strong familiarity with other common CRM vendors in a rapidly evolving technology vendor ecosystem
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Business Capability Mapping is a must
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
