About the Role

We are seeking motivated, professional 1099 independent sales representatives to join our team.

This is not an MLM, pyramid, or referral-based position — it is a direct-to-client sales role.

You will use company-provided data and a CRM system to reach out to potential customers through cold calls and cold emails .

Your focus will be on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do

Conduct outbound calls and send outreach emails to potential clients

Follow up on leads provided in the CRM

Manage your pipeline and sales activity independently

Meet or exceed monthly performance goals

Maintain accurate records of communications and progress

Compensation

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position .

Commissions are paid on each deal closed based on Gross Revenue :

30% commission in the first year

15% commission in the second year

5% commission in the third year

There is no base salary , but the earning potential is uncapped . This position is for someone who understands we are in the ERA of the AI GOLD RUSH!!! This is a one in a lifetime opportunity.

Ideal Candidate

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Excellent communicator via phone and email

Experienced in cold calling or B2B / B2C sales (preferred, but not required)

Comfortable working independently as a contractor

Organized, persistent, and results-driven

Additional Information

This is not MLM , not door-to-door , and not a referral or recruiting program .

You will be responsible for your own taxes as an independent contractor (1099).
