Description : Position Purpose :
To actively provide focused leadership of the pre-engineered building sales and components operations. Will also drive ongoing growth with new and existing customers in the pre-engineered buildings marketplace. Results will be demonstrated through a healthy culture, effective operations, satisfied customers, and growth of revenue and profitability.

o Develop a sales strategy and implement initiatives to grow the business by serving existing clients and new key demographics
o Determine margins and pricing strategies
o Report market activities by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products
o Develop and maintain relationships with clients; ensure quality client service through continuous personal interaction; handle large volume client accounts as required
o Lead the team to generate leads, qualify prospects, manage sales and meet with customers in the field to discuss needs and to assess the quality of relationship
o Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
o Lead the operations team to create and implement policies and procedures to provide consistent guidance to functional teams while establishing a team oriented, customer service philosophy and supportive working environment
o Know and understand current industry information to recommend manufacturing techniques and machinery
o Monitor operations to ensure that the team adheres to delivery timelines; recommend adjustments to the production process
o Ensure inspection and measuring of products for quality purposes; discuss inspection results with those responsible for producing products
o Establish sales and financial goals for the company in coordination with Ambassador Supply leadership and plan and direct all functions to meet these goals
o Work with the Controller to prepare the budget; measure and manage sales, revenue and operating costs to increase profitability
o Develop and implement a sales optimization plan with monthly goals and updates
o Implement initiatives to fulfill the annual optimization plan with monthly changes and updates
o Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of sales metrics
o Ensure process documentation is routinely updated
o Motivate and manage personnel to meet operational and financial goals
o Create unity by working with all employees and stakeholders to meet needs and improve processes
o Conduct regular management team meetings for information, discussion, and action for planning, strategy, forecasting and operations
o Encourage managers to optimize and innovate processes and products
o Select, assign, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
o Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
