Salary $175,000 - $220,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Handle a wide range of estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate administration.
  • Offer comprehensive income tax planning services, ensuring clients are fully informed and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and expand the book of business, identifying new opportunities for client acquisition and retention.
  • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Estate Planning; Income Tax experience is a plus
  • Admission to the IL State Bar.
  • Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
