Claims Resolution Adjuster

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster - Remote (CST / MST / PST).

Key Responsibilities

Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury and assess coverage, liability, and damages

Communicate with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and negotiate fair injury settlements

Identify injured parties beyond those listed at FNOL and support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process

Required Qualifications and Education

Must reside in the Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zone

Early career professional status preferred

Experience in claims handling or a related field is beneficial

Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently

Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
