Position Overview

Kenny Seng Construction is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to assist with site preparation, excavation, and concrete-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, a willingness to learn on the job and to be an example of KSCs mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, and moving materials.
• Utilize basic tools, including shovels, trowels, screeds, and hammers.
• Operate small equipment, such as skid steers, rollers, mini excavators, and haul trucks.
• Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet project specifications.
• Maintain and properly store tools and equipment.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
