Coordinate with medical professionals and families.
Supervise care schedules to ensure quality standards.
Resolve client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Participate in a weekly On-Call rotation.
Supervise, schedule, and mentor the caregiver team.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA rules.
