job_description.job_card.job_descriptionNuclear cardiology interpretations (preferred but not required). Supportive team including advanced practitioners and nursing staff. Provide general cardiology services, including : Rounding on hospitalized patients. Supervise and collaborate with a team of 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) . Participate in nuclear cardiology reads (if certified). Cover scheduled call assignments, typically requiring a 20-minute response time. March 324, 2025 (spring break coverage). May 23June 2, 2025 (holiday coverage). July 1828, 2025 (high-demand summer coverage). December 19, 2025January 5, 2026 (holiday coverage). Patient Volume : Approximately 912 patients per shift . EMR System : Epic . Licensure : Must be licensed in Montana or eligible via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) . Certifications : ACLS required; Board Certification in Cardiology required. Temporary hospital privileges are available for qualifying candidates. Competitive compensation. Lodging providedstay conveniently in a hospital-provided condo near the facility. We are seeking Board-Certified Cardiologists for an exciting locum tenens opportunity near Ovando, MT. This position offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient coverage and the chance to work in a scenic, serene region of Montana. Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate personal and professional commitments.
Assignment Details :
- Start Date : March 2025
- End Date : January 2026
- Coverage Type : Scheduled clinical hours plus call.

Outpatient clinic and inpatient rounds.
