- Provide anesthesia coverage across a broad case mix at a busy regional facility

- Opportunity for long-term ongoing coverage Assignment Details
- Start Date : ASAP
- End Date : Ongoing
- Coverage Type : Clinic + Call
- Setting : Inpatient
- Schedule : 6 : 00aa'2 : 00p (3 shifts) and 6 : 00aa'6 : 00a OB coverage
- EMR : Paper charting
- Call Type : Beeper; 30-minute response
- Trauma Level : III
- Practice Model : Physician-only anesthesia
- Credentialing Timeframe : 90a'120 days
- Temporary Privileges : Available Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Alabama medical license
- ACLS certification
- Ability to supervise CRNAs (preferred but not required)
- Must live 90+ miles from the facility
- Complete credentialing within 7 days of acceptance Clinical Details
- Case Mix : General, OB, trauma, neuro (head / spine), thoracic, vascular, and orthopedics
- Procedures : - General, regional, and spinal anesthesia - Epidural anesthesia (preferred) - Arterial line placement - Ventilation management - Central line placement (preferred)
- OB experience not required but preferred Compensation
- Rates : Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice : Provided
- Travel : Reimbursed
