🏥 Emergency Medicine Physician – Full-Time

📍 Ohio | 22-Bed Emergency Department

🔄 Day / Night Shift Blend | 12-Hour Shifts | 28,000 Annual Volume

Position Overview :

Join a physician-led organization in a full-time permanent Emergency Medicine role at a hospital with a 22-bed ED and a steady annual volume of ~28,000 visits. Flexible employment models are available : choose between W2 with full benefits or 1099 as an independent contractor.

🕐 Shift : 12-hour shifts (blend of days / nights unless all-nights preferred)

👥 Coverage : 24 hours / day MD + 36 hours / day APP coverage

📊 Volume : ~28,000 ED visits annually

💻 EMR : EPIC

🧑‍⚕️ Clinical Support : On-site administrative leadership

Additional Details :

🚫 No new grads or visa candidates accepted

📦 Relocation may be required (residency in the area preferred)

📝 Permanent placement fee required at name clear

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements :

✅ Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

OR BC in Internal / Family Medicine with at least 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience

✅ Active OH license (or in process)

✅ DEA (must be obtained prior to start)

✅ Clean malpractice & license history

✅ COVID vaccination proof

✅ Detailed list of EM procedures performed (e.g., intubation, central lines, laceration repair, etc.)
