Description :

The Texas Children’s North Austin NICU has a total of 12 intensive care rooms. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 1–3 depending upon patient acuity. The North Austin NICU routinely provides the highest level of medical and nursing care to neonates requiring the maximum level of support and technology available to infants today. The facility is currently seeking Level IV designation.
