Inventory Planning Manager

The role of Inventory Planning Manager is to ensure store in-stock is maintained across various products to achieve business targets by developing allocation plans, adjusting to market trends, and coordinating with key stakeholders.
What you will do :
- Develops inventory plans and strategies based on demand forecasts, lead times, and service level targets.
- Analyzes supplier inventory and forecasts to determine reorder needs and / or service risk.
- Conducts regular inventory analysis to identify potential gaps or risks that could impact store sales.
- Assesses inventory reports to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assists in the management of purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery tracking.
- Implements inventory planning tools, software, or systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Directs individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in inventory planning techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Proficient in SQL code preferred.Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.Education :
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $66,330.00 - $145,860.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
