Position Overview :

What You Bring : \n \n

  • Valid State Respiratory Care License : You must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice respiratory therapy in your state.\n
  • BLS Certification : Current Basic Life Support certification is required to respond effectively in emergency situations.\n
  • Experience : Prior experience in acute or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated candidates eager to grow their expertise.\n
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in ventilator management, arterial blood gas analysis, and oxygen therapy.\n
  • Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.\n
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work rotating weekends, call shifts, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.\n

    Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Educational Background : Associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or Allied Health from an accredited program.\n
  • Professional Experience : At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable.\n
