Registered Nurse Behavioral Health for Detox Program

Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses for an adult residential program supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per orders

Monitor withdrawal using CIWA / COWS protocols

Collaborate in treatment planning and IDT meetings

Patient / family education on recovery and relapse prevention

Accurate, timely documentation; uphold state / federal standards

Qualifications

Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)

BLS required; ACLS preferred

1+ year clinical experience (behavioral health / detox / med-surg ideal)

Strong therapeutic communication and teamwork

Schedule & Pay

12-hour Days or Nights (full-time)

$38 to $45 / hr DOE + shift differentials

Long-term, permanent placement pathway
