Job Description

As a Security Officer - Front Desk in Rochester, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, Hotels & Resorts, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors at prominent retail and hospitality locations. Your role will focus on providing outstanding customer service, addressing security-related inquiries, and helping to deter incidents through your professional presence and communication skills. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment, supporting both guests and staff, while upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
