Respond to inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and urgencySchedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined servicesManage rental vehiclesAssist Warranty Administrator with managing schedules.Support the Service Manager and BDC team with reporting, appointment coordination, and customer outreachMaintain accurate records in CRM and DMS systemsWhat Were Looking For :
Previous experience in a dealership BDC, service department, or customer service role preferredStrong communication and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plusDetail-oriented with a customer-first mindsetBilingual (English / Spanish) a plusPlease upload your resume.
