Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Support Consultant with adequate experience to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of our ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and performance optimization of the ServiceNow environment while applying SRE and DevOps best practices. The ideal professional should have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, UNIX / Linux, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $60,000 to $86,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
