Role : QMS Internal Lead Auditor

In the role of the QMS Internal Lead Auditor, we'll count on you to :

• Complete QMS Audit activities in accordance with the Internal Audit Process Manual, including the adherence to the defined Internal Auditor Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site audits at various office locations, approximately 50% required travel
• Maintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of QMS audits and effectively communicate the results to Stakeholders
• Make recommendations to management regarding potential improvements to the audit process
• Comply with HDR ethical standards for employees and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Code of Ethics for Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Support the Quality Office as a resource for promoting quality culture
• Effectively manage and protect the validity of the audit data and secure against unintended use or alterations
• Maintain confidentiality of the audit
• Manage assigned annual budgets to expectations
• Perform other related duties as needed
