My client, a reputable healthcare company in Jacksonville, FL, is hiring for a Rev Cycle Education Manager . Hybrid schedule with competitive pay opportunity!

Job Description :

• This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of both eLearning and instructor-led training programs.
• The focus is on revenue cycle applications across various settings, such as : Patient Access, Health Information Management and Coding, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and the Single Billing Office.
• This highly visible role involves daily interaction with senior leadership and requires professionalism, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex personalities and expectations.
• The manager builds curriculums, integrates Epic and on-the-job training, and supports centralized training efforts.
• Flexibility is key, with variable on-site requirements and occasional weekend training during go-live events.
• While Epic experience can be taught and credentialed within 90 days, strong leadership and training experience - especially with high level stakeholders - is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50 / hr.
