A company is looking for a Specialist in Medicare Member Engagement-Bilingual (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct direct outreach to new Medicare members to assist with their plans and educate them on benefits
Serve as a navigator during the onboarding process, addressing member questions and ensuring a positive experience
Log all member contacts in a database and participate in member engagement work groups
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, or health care systems
Experience conducting intake, interviews, and / or research of consumer or provider issues
Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare
Bilingual proficiency
