Job Summary :
This role focuses on designing and executing marketing programs to enhance the growth and expansion strategies of TurboTax, with a specific focus on Omnichannel journeys. It entails crafting compelling customer messages, improving brand experience, and utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategies and report to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also coordinate and influence the company's presence in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement innovative marketing programs to support TurboTax's growth and Omnichannel strategy.
- Develop compelling messages that resonate with the target market and enhance brand experience.
- Utilize analytics and reports to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence the company's marketing direction.
- Coordinate and manage the company's participation in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing seminars.
