Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior revenue and operations leaders, aligning business outcomes with the company's value
Manage customer relationships to drive engagement, adoption, and advocacy while mitigating risks
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and achieve customer desired outcomes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS customer success or consulting
Experience managing a book of business with accountability for quarterly metrics
Proven success in leading tool deployment and driving customer growth and retention
Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and discussing value and ROI
Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
