Senior Project Manager

Flowtec is partnered with a long-standing family-owned general contractor based in Royal Oak, MI. With over 55 years in business, they've earned a strong reputation delivering high-quality retail, multifamily and commercial projects across Southeast Michigan.

Due to a strong project backlog and continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This role will report directly to the Director of Construction and oversee both renovation and ground-up projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M in value.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare and municipal projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance across multiple jobs
• Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, design professionals, and owners
• Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings to ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain strong communication with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
• Utilize Procore or similar project management software for documentation and reporting (preferred)
