Job Type : Full Time | Nights

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000

  • Position Summary :

    As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team by :

  • Coordinating staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that impact clinical service delivery.
  • Conducting quality assurance studies and assisting with QA / QI initiatives.
  • Serving as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care and clinical standards.
  • Monitoring departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.
  • Assuming required call for the department when scheduled, shared with other Clinical Coordinators.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • KY RN state licensure or compact licensure (required)
  • Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS within 7 days of hire
  • Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire
  • National Certification in area of specialty preferred within 2 years of hire date
