Position Summary :

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team by :

Coordinating staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.

Identifying and resolving issues that impact clinical service delivery.

Conducting quality assurance studies and assisting with QA / QI initiatives.

Serving as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care and clinical standards.

Monitoring departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.

Assuming required call for the department when scheduled, shared with other Clinical Coordinators.

Minimum Qualifications :

Associates Degree in Nursing (required)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)

KY RN state licensure or compact licensure (required)

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS within 7 days of hire

Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire

National Certification in area of specialty preferred within 2 years of hire date
