Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire Machine Operators in Portland, ME ! This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth!

Schedules + Shift Offerings :

1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3 : 30PM

1st Shift - Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday - 10-Hour Shifts - 5AM - 3 : 30PM

2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 3 : 30PM - 12AM

Job Duties :

Setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment

Monitoring jobs for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed

Following all safety procedures and keeping a clean, organized workspace

Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors

Looking for ways to improve processes and learn new skills

Requirements :

Experience operating manual and computerized machines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer and technology proficiency

Understanding of basic math, fractions, and percentages

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality

Able to lift 10–20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Able to stand for 8 - 10 - 12 hours per shift

Pay Details : $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
