Summary :
This role supports one of the world’s largest online stores—delivering magical, personalized digital experiences where customers can shop, buy, and learn wherever they are. As part of the Digital Experience & Expansion team, you’ll focus on driving strategy and growth for our online retail store app, our fastest-growing platform.
In this role, you’ll balance strategy, storytelling, and analysis to create and optimize innovative e-commerce experiences. From analyzing customer behavior to ideating new features and programs, you’ll help shape the future of the online shopping journey while managing day-to-day program operations and marketing activations.
What You’ll Do :
Analyze app trends and customer insights, distilling complex data into actionable narratives for executive audiencesDevelop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive app awareness and adoptionConduct benchmarking and research to identify external inspiration and opportunities for new experiencesRepresent the business and customer perspective on major projects, defining strategies for new app featuresCreate strategic briefs, financial cases, and presentations to communicate priorities and performanceMeasure and report on program success while identifying areas for optimizationPartner with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marcom, Merchandising, and more—to support app-centric initiatives and ensure seamless executionWhat You Bring :
