Required Skills and Experience :

• Prior restaurant management
• Use of effective communication skills with guests, team members, and managers
• Ability to manage inventory; set team schedules; optimize labor hours; and drive sales
• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, goals, and key performance indicators
• Experience with financial statements, profit and loss statements, and expense reporting
• Proficient in typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systems

Specific Responsibilities :

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to) :

Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends 40 50 hours per week; Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions; Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workday; Require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
