Position SummaryNatural Wireless, a leading provider of ultra-fast, building-wide Internet services, is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Sales Manager – Residential Properties. This individual will lead sales growth across the residential real estate sector, managing a small but expanding team and directly engaging with real estate developers, owners, and property managers to drive adoption of our fiber-speed Internet solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B telecommunications sales, thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, and excels at building relationships and leading teams in high-growth environments.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a geographically distributed sales team.
- Identify, target, and engage multifamily building owners, property managers, and real estate developers to support market expansion.
- Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships that result in new service installations and renewals.
- Manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deployment and client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or technology sales, with proven success in prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing.Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, including prior experience hiring, training, and managing a sales team.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Resilience and persistence — comfortable with high volumes of outreach and rejection cycles.Experience working directly with real estate executives, property managers, and development firms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and CRM management skills.Compensation and Benefits
